Refund Policy

Non-refundable top-up balance

All top-up purchases are final. Funds added to your Xcelify account represent prepaid balance for using our services and are non-refundable. Once balance is deducted for a scan, that amount cannot be returned.

Unused balance

Any unused balance remains in your account indefinitely and never expires. You may use it for future scans at any time. Unused balance is not eligible for cash refunds or withdrawals.

Use it or keep it

You are free to use your topped-up balance on scans, or leave it in your account for as long as you wish. We do not forfeit or expire unused funds. However, we do not offer payouts or refunds of unused balances under any circumstances.
